- I’m an integrative therapist using Psychodynamic and Person-centred therapies incorporating Counselling for depression and Mindfulness based cognitive therapy.
- I have a private practice in Hitchin and also work for two other local organisation in Letchworth and Stevenage.

- I have 15 years experience working with full range of issues and wide range of clients from young people, teens, elderly, individuals and couples.- CPCAB Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
- BACP accredited Counsellor
- I achieved the Counselling for Depression qualification from the University of Nottingham.
- I have undertaken refresher training with Autism Matters.
